Led by founder Cameron Coogan, the company brings a balance of hands-on experience, technical skill, and professionalism to every project.

Cameron has spent more than a decade in the construction industry, managing residential builds across Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles Counties. His background spans multiple trades, giving him a deep understanding of how homes function — from electrical and plumbing to framing, carpentry, and pump systems. He earned formal training in construction management at Ventura College, gaining the knowledge required to plan, budget, schedule, and manage projects at a professional level. Combined with extensive field experience, Cameron approaches each project with practical insight and technical expertise.

Raised in a family rooted in service, community, and hard work, Cameron built this company on the values he grew up with. Clients appreciate his responsiveness, ability to solve problems quickly, and the disciplined way he manages each build. When an issue arises, it’s handled — not explained away. As a builder who works closely with his crews and stays directly involved on-site when needed, Cameron brings a level of care and involvement clients can see in the finished product.
