Flagship Fire Rebuild Projects

Pacific Palisades & Malibu

Overview

We are a custom home building company with over a decade of experience delivering high-end residential projects throughout Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County, including multiple homes in the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas.

Our work focuses on complex, luxury residential construction requiring disciplined planning, transparent budgeting, and hands-on execution.

As part of our continued work in the Palisades, we are offering a limited rebuild program for homeowners undertaking large-scale fire reconstruction.

What This Program Provides

Rebuilding after a fire is complex, time-consuming, and financially significant. This program is structured to reduce cost exposure while maintaining disciplined execution, transparency, and senior-level builder involvement.

Our Flagship Rebuild Program will accept up to 2 home projects for which we will reduce our total builder profit by $100,000.

This reduction is applied to the overall project and is intended to allow homeowners to:

  • Preserve budget for quality materials and execution

  • Reduce financial pressure during a high-stakes rebuild

  • Work with a builder who is materially invested in the outcome of the project

The build process, management structure, and oversight remain consistent with our standard approach.

Eligibility Criteria

Projects considered for the Flagship Rebuild Program must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • $2,000,000+ construction budget

  • Single-family fire-rebuild project

  • Located in the Pacific Palisades or Malibu

  • Project funding in place (insurance-funded, privately funded, or a combination)

  • Architect engaged or selected within a reasonable timeframe

  • Construction start anticipated within the upcoming year

  • Client willingness to allow professional documentation of the build process

Projects are selected based on fit, timing, and alignment.

Project Documentation

Selected projects will include professional documentation of the build process, such as periodic photography and written summaries focused on construction, coordination, and execution.

No identifying information or addresses are published, and nothing is shared without homeowner approval.
