Rebuilding after a fire is far more than a construction project. It requires trusted guidance, clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and steady support throughout an often overwhelming process.
The Fire Rebuild Estate Program was created as a way for us to support our local community and the homeowners rebuilding within it. Our goal is not only to help clients successfully complete their homes, but to continue supporting them long after construction is finished through a high level of ongoing estate oversight and care.
We are passionate about delivering well-executed residential projects while providing the kind of long-term service, responsiveness, and estate oversight that high-end homes require.
Our experience includes custom residential construction throughout Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Montecito, and Los Angeles, with projects ranging from large-scale renovations and estate expansions to ground-up custom structures and complex systems integration.
What This Program Provides
For qualifying rebuild projects, the Fire Rebuild Estate Program includes one year of complimentary estate management services following project completion.
This program was designed to provide homeowners with continued support during the transition back into their home, helping ensure that the property, systems, vendors, and ongoing maintenance needs remain organized, documented, and proactively overseen after construction is complete.
Services include:
Quarterly and seasonal estate walkthroughs
Annual comprehensive property review
Detailed site photography and condition documentation
Warranty and post-completion coordination
Ongoing systems and property oversight
Vendor and service coordination
Our goal is to provide clients with continuity, responsiveness, and trusted long-term support beyond the construction process itself.
Eligibility Criteria
The Fire Rebuild Estate Program is intended for homeowners undertaking custom rebuild projects requiring a high level of coordination, execution, and long-term property oversight.
Projects considered for the program should generally meet the following criteria:
Located in Pacific Palisades or Malibu
Single-family custom residential rebuild
Architect engaged or selected
Construction timeline anticipated within the upcoming year
Openness to long-term collaboration and ongoing property oversight following completion
Because our projects are highly hands-on and relationship-driven, availability for the program is intentionally limited to ensure each homeowner receives a high level of attention, coordination, and long-term support throughout the rebuilding process.
